Basilicata International Award 2018
There were many guests who took part in the tenth edition of the event, Sophia Loren among the most anticipated, who was honored with a career award. John Landis, legendary actor and director, gave a Masterclass sharing his cinema experience.
The "National Actors" Team
In this edition, the cinema-sport combination was also rewarded with the extraordinary participation of the National Actors team, who in Maratea challenged a local representative led by Paolo Rossi and Franco Selvaggi, world champions with the Italian national team in 1982.
In the guise of a footballer also Nicola Giuliano, an Oscar-winning film producer for the film “La Grande Bellezza”.
The proceeds were donated to the “Maria Consolatrice” retirement home in Maratea and to the “Parada” association.
